Sarasota Special Event Entertainment

As a Sarasota special event entertainment guitarist, I was delighted to perform for a gallery show opening on 7-18-15. The event, at The Artful Giraffe in Sarasota’s historic district, provided the perfect venue to feature myself as a local Sarasota jazz guitarist. I wanted to make sure that the music was rhythmic, upbeat and cheerful in order to match the beautifully colored beach themed artwork. I played tunes from my repertoire which I also feature at many Sarasota beach weddings. It’s important to match special event music to the theme of the event. In this case, I especially wanted to provide a lift to an otherwise dreary rainy day.

I found the visitors to the gallery cordial and complimentary. Many asked questions about the Hagstrom HL550 jazz guitar I was playing.

I look forward to playing for another gallery show at The Artful Giraffe. Anytime an event features a local Sarasota jazz guitarist, it’s wonderful to get the call!
